" Great Product, But Terrible Dispenser ",

I've liked this product since it was introduced; however, the dispensing container is now so poorly made that I may not using it any more. The last seven or eight containers I've bought all have the same problem: within a week, the plunger stops coming up on its own. It sticks at the bottom and you have to pull it up in order to use it. I believe your container supplier is sending bad containers to put your product in. Until you get this corrected, I can't see using this product any more.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience while using Dawn Direct Foam. We have not had any changes with the product however, this product is used very differently from our other Dawn Dish versions and isn't designed to be added to your dish water. The foam should be applied directly to a sponge and for best cleaning, use very little water until you are ready to rinse the dish. The sponge should be moist not wet. Squeeze excess water from sponge before adding foam. I hope this information helps.

It is nice to hear from one of our loyal Dawn consumers. I am sorry the Dawn Hand Renewal was difficult to rinse off pans. This is unusual and we would not expect this. We would like to get more information from you about your experience. Please call us with the bottle handy at 1-800-725-3296.

Once the suds disappear there's usually plenty of cleaning ingredients left in the water. To get more suds make sure you are using water that is warm enough. I hope this information helps.

This is my first time purchasing Dawn Platinum. I am never going back to Dawn liquid, which seems to take so much to build up my suds, that didn't last. The platinum is unbelievable for being such a small bottle. One or two pumps for a sink full of dishes, or directly on my sponge to do a few by hand. Which ever cuts crease fast. I love the smell. My dish rag never has a nasty smell anymore, and I know its attributed to the platinum. Never am I going to use anything else.

I recommend this product for dishwashing and counter cleaning, laundry stain-fighting and paint/cosmetic brush clean up. One pump on a sponge, stain, or in a bucket - good to go. This product exceeds its claims. I use Dawn Platinum for sink water and one pump of this on sponge. It's so rare to find a great product nowadays, I've told all my friends!
