This product needs to be vigorously shaken because it contains oil absorbers that can clog the sprayer. When using dry shampoos, we suggest spraying them about ten inches away from the scalp, in order to alleviate a wet look. Secondly, make sure you're spraying near the scalp area, so it can properly absorb any oil that's there. Lastly, always remember to brush the hair well after applying. Our Pantene dry shampoos contain oil absorbers, which can sometimes cause the nozzle to clog up. We suggest running the nozzle under warm water and allowing it to air dry. Our dry shampoos have oil absorbers that sometimes clog the sprayer. This is an easy fix. Usually a vigorous shake will do the trick. If a good shake doesn't do the job, the nozzle just might need a quick warm water rinse. Flip open the cap and rinse the nozzle with warm water. I would really like to get more details. Hello vbuchanan2, I regret the Pantene Original Fresh Dry Shampoo didn't meet your expectations. When using dry shampoos, we suggest spraying them about ten inches away from the scalp, in order to alleviate a wet look. Secondly, make sure you're spraying near the scalp area, so it can properly absorb any oil that's there. Lastly, always remember to brush the hair well after applying. Regrettably, Bec24, the Pantene Original Fresh Dry Shampoo packaging is not performing well for you. I would be disappointed as well, if a new product was not spraying the way it should. Due to the oil absorbers in the dry shampoo, sometimes the nozzle clogs. To unclog the nozzle, a warm water rinse under the nozzle can help. Oh no, Cassidy25! It’s so unfortunate this happened and I’d be happy to share your experience with the rest of my team. Our Pantene dry shampoos contain oil absorbers, which can sometimes cause the nozzle to clog up. We suggest running the nozzle under warm water and allowing it to air dry. This should allow the can to dispense freely again. I hope this helps!
