I never used tide until I bought a new front loading washer. there was a free bottle of Tide Total Care in the machine. I was amazed from the lst load of whites!! I didn't use a softner, and very little bleach. the whites came out as white as new and soft and fluffy, when I washed towels and wash clothes they were also soft and fluffy; and I really love how they smell... I now have a problem...for some reason I can't find the total care in any of the stores that used to carry it. Even this web site doesn't show it. so what happened to the total care????

That should not be happening with our Tide bottles. Give us a call at 1-800-879-8433 (Monday thru Friday 9am-6pm ET) so we can help figure out what may have happened. Thanks!

We understand it's natural to assume the detergent is to blame when something happens in the laundry, but detergent is rarely a factor when colorloss occurs. Laundering does not cause the problem; it merely reveals it. No detergents (not just ours) can completely remove color. If it's gone to white, it was caused by something other than detergent - most likely bleach. Fabric damage will occur anytime it comes into contact with undiluted chlorine bleach. If bleach was used in a previous load, it's possible some has remained in the washer. If you'd still like to discuss with one of our representatives, give us a call at (800) 879-8433. Thanks!

I understand it's frustrating to have spots on your t-shirts after washing. We wouldn't expect Tide to cause grease spots so it may be caused by a fabric softener or something else. Still, we'd like to help. Please give us a call at (800) 879-8433. Thanks!

We appreciate your 15 years loyalty to Tide and I'm sorry you're not seeing the suds you expect. Please be assured, unlike soap powder used years ago, detergents don't require a lot of suds for cleaning. It's the surfactants in detergents that clean, not the suds. If your clothes are getting clean, the suds level isn't important. Hope you continue using Tide for your laundry needs!

I am sorry you are disappointed with the Tide with Acti-Lift. There is nothing in the product that should be leaving blue stains behind. The product is made as a pre-treater and can be used directly on the clothes to pre-treat a tough stain. I am certainly sharing all of your comments with the rest of the Tide team. We value you as a consumer and would like to get some more details from you about your experience. Please call us at 1-800-879-8433 so we can assist you further.

" Unreadable measurement marks ",

I'm satisfied with the cleaning ability of the product (100 fl oz Tide Original Scent). However, the measurement marks on the inside of the cap are UNREADABLE. I've tried a variety of light sources but the dark blue plastic does not allow for enough contrast to read the marks. Other brands using a lighter color such as yellow, white or translucent are much easier to read.
